Welcome to Soeur Du Sol. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from Soeur Du Sol or any of our affiliated sites, you agree to these Terms.

1.    General Information
Soeur Du Sol is a US-based startup dedicated to providing natural health solutions for women experiencing menopause-related symptoms, including herbal teas, workshops, herbal patches and an AI companion that shares studies and related herbal solutions. Our mission is to prioritize your wellbeing through natural and herbal support sourced from Ghana and Benin, West Africa.

2. Product Information
Our products include teas, workshops, oracle cards, retreats, memberships,  an AI companion platform providing information and references to herbal plants and their scientific studies.
All herbal products are natural and sourced from trusted West African herbal suppliers, but individual results may vary.

3. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed through our website or on an affiliate website, Etsy. Payment must be completed at checkout and are processes by Stripe.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Pre-Orders will be shipped on the date specified with an additional 10 days for shipping and handling.

4. Shipping Policy
We ship within the US and some parts of West Africa.
Shipping times vary depending on location:
US orders: approximately 3–5 business days.
West Africa orders: approximately 10–14 business days.
Shipping cost:
Standard shipping: Rates may vary depending on the order and distance.
Expedited shipping: Rates may vary depending on the carrier. 
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Delivery and Risk of Loss
Once the product is shipped, risk passes to the customer.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, contact us at  support@soeurdusol.com

6. Refunds and Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt if the product is unopened and in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Custom herbal products or opened products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

For products with a digital nature, we do not offer any refunds.

Please note: if you opt for a payment plan, such as with a retreat, you are required by law to complete your payment plan and are bound by the cancelation notice for that particular product. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our collection agency. If you have any questions about our refund policy, we will be happy to assist you with any refund request.
To request a refund or return, contact us at support@soeurdusol.com with your order number and reason for return.

7. Re-Delivery
If your order is undeliverable due to incorrect address, or is returned to us, you'll be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
We will notify you if re-delivery is necessary and will work with you to arrange re-shipping once additional shipping costs are paid.

8. Herbal Remedies Disclaimer
Our herbal products are intended as natural wellness support and for educational purposes; they are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking any medication.
We do not guarantee specific results make no claims  of remedy or treatment; individual outcomes may vary.

9. AI Companion and Information
Our AI platform provides references to herbs, menopause symptoms, and scientific studies that support wellbeing.
The information is for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, coaching or consultation.

10. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy HERE   for details on how we handle your data.

11. Limitation of Liability
Soeur Du Sol is not liable for any damages, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products or services. Please consult your healthcare provider before using any of our products.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use indicates acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration/Maricopa County, as per applicable laws.

14. Healing Disclaimer:
The testimonials, statements, and opinions presented on our website and social media are applicable to the individuals depicted. Results will vary and may not be representative of the experience of others. The testimonials are voluntarily provided and are not paid, nor were they provided with free products, services, or any benefits in exchange for said statements. The testimonials are representative of client experience but the exact results and experiences will be unique and individual to each client based upon their own efforts and actions within the program. Any revenue or sales figures mentioned on this page or throughout our website, trainings, presentations are applicable to me or the individuals depicted. I’m using these references for example purposes only. Your results will vary and depend on many factors including but not limited to your background and unique experiences with our products..

15. Use of herbs

Herbs contain phytochemicals and must be administered only with the guidance  of appropriately licensed medical professionals. Materials presented on website are for educational purposes only and are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any ailment. We are exploring the hypothetical patterns of holistic practices and ancestral configurations and none of this is medical advice. Always follow the advice of your trusted medical practitioner. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, seek a trusted mental health professional.

16. Cancellation Policy for RetreatsYou have the right to cancel at any time.

Any cancellation made 180 days until the experience will result in a 50% loss of all funds paid. Any cancellation made between 90 and 180 days of the experience will result in 75% loss of all fees paid. Any cancellation made after 90 days of the trip start will result in a 100% loss of all funds. If you receive retreat related gifts before the start of the experience, the retail cost of those will be deducted from your final refund. Money can be transferred to another service offering , or the same retreat offered at another time within 18 months as an alternative to refund.

17. Cancellation Policy  Workshops including Divination consultations

You have the right to cancel at any time. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours of the scheduled workshop or consultation will result in a 50% loss of all funds paid. You are welcomed to re-schedule and will have to pay the full fee.  Any cancellation made less than 24 hours because of a true Act of God, you will be allowed to reschedule and not lose any funds paid.  Money can be transferred to another service offering , or the same service offered at another time and is not eligible for a refund.

18. No show and Arrival  Policy for consultations

If a client arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled time, they will be required to reschedule and will forfeit 50% of the all funds paid for the session. If you do not show for your workshop or consultation you are welcomed to reschedule. You will have to pay the full price for the new workshop or consultation, unless the workshop is part of a monthly membership. This does not apply to late arrivals or no shows because of a true Act of God. 
 

19. Question Policy for Consultations

You have the right to ask as many questions during your consultations as these sessions spur curiosity.  Clients are required to ask questions  during the consultation and 30 minutes will be allocated for questions at the latter part of the consultation. Questions asked outside the consultation will be billed at the cost of the consultation session and clients will be invoiced for the amount. If a client has follow up questions after a consultation or needs more information, a follow up session can be scheduled. 

20. Correctness and mistakes policy

I am not God, I could make mistakes or be wrong and as such everything I share should be taken as my opinion
